Meet Sophia!

Sophia is the founder of Paperbake! Sophia has loved baking since she was a young girl and has continued to bake throughout her life, experimenting with new and fun recipes. She started with baking for fun, then took over the task of designated baker for family holidays and events! Over the years, friends and family have asked her to make her delicious goods for parties and events, inspiring Sophia to get her New Jersey Cottage Food Operator's Permit and start selling her baked goods as a business.

Sophia is also the proud owner of Chapter One bookstore in Mendham, NJ. Some day she hopes to combine her two loves and open a bookstore bakery, which is where the name Paperbake originated. The name Paperbake is a play on the word paperback!

Sophia is also an actor, singer, and dancer who aspires to one day be on Broadway!
